Filler Slab Construction with Brick Filler Blocks at our Kaveripattinam project demonstrates a sustainable approach to reinforced concrete slab construction. By replacing the non-structural concrete in the tension zone with clay brick filler blocks, the filler slab technique reduces the consumption of cement and steel by approximately 25–30% without compromising structural performance. This method not only lowers the embodied carbon of the building but also enhances thermal insulation while creating a distinctive exposed ceiling aesthetic.
